Fair Housing Training – FOURMIDABLE takes pride in being a Fair Housing leader in the property management industry. As a result of our leadership and our commitment to Fair Housing practices, we have developed and implemented a comprehensive Fair Housing training program. A qualified Fair Housing Consultant is retained by the Company to present a required half-day Fair Housing seminar within the first 90 days of employment. Following the training, employees receive Fair Housing updates. FOURMIDABLE’s Fair Housing Officer is available upon request for employee assistance regarding Fair Housing questions and issues. The Fair Housing Officer monitors Fair Housing compliance and disseminates all policies and materials pertinent to our equal housing opportunity programs.
Maintenance Certification Program – Maintenance Certification training is an important component in improving site operations and reducing costs. Certification training is required for all FOURMIDABLE career Service Technicians.
