J. Ronald Slavik, CPM

Chairman of the Board

Ron Slavik’s property management expertise began taking shape more than a quarter century ago. After college, Ron Slavik briefly worked as an accountant for Deloitte & Touche before joining the family’s development corporation.

Since then, Ron’s focus has been in property management, sales and financing, and the development of multi-family residential communities.  This has helped grow FOURMIDABLE into one of the nation’s largest, most successful residential property management firms, specializing in marketing, leasing and management of condominiums, cooperatives, conventional, senior, tax credit and government-assisted multi-family communities.

FOURMIDABLE is a leader in creating innovative living environments for all income groups.   Revitalization projects under Ron’s direction in downtown Detroit include: Harbortown, Grayhaven Marina Village, The Lofts at Rivertown, Village Park (in historic Indian Village), and the restoration of the Himelhoch Building to senior residential apartments.

Ron serves on the Board of Directors of the Detroit Riverfront Conservancy, is an Executive Board Member of the Boy Scouts of America Detroit Area Council and is an active member of the World President’s Organization (WPO).  In 1995, Ron Slavik was named among “Top 100 Executives”, Crain’s Detroit Business.

Ron is a Licensed Real Estate Broker,Licensed Security Dealer and a Certified Property Manager.

Jeri Hays, CPM Candidate

Chief Executive Officer

Jeri Hays has been part of the FOURMIDABLE team since 1986 and is a CPM Candidate.    She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Accounting minor from San Diego State University.  Jeri has held the positions of Executive Vice President, Director of Financial Administration and Assistant Controller during her career at FOURMIDABLE.

As Chief Executive Officer, she is responsible for the effective management of all aspects of  FOURMIDABLE’s business.  Together with the Chairman of the Board and President, she is responsible for overall growth, development and profitability of the company.  Her primary responsibility is to develop both short-term and long-term goals, objectives and strategies with Clients, the FOURMIDABLE Management Team and Executive Team members.

Jeri has overall responsibility for providing direction and leadership toward the achievement of FOURMIDABLE’s strategic plan, mission statement and financial objectives.  She also has overall responsibility for the financial integrity of FOURMIDABLE. She oversees a staff of accounting professionals who fulfill the accounting and reporting functions for the FOURMIDABLE portfolio.

She believes having a strong understanding of the objectives of FOURMIDABLE’s Clients along with regular communication is the key to a successful partnership and achievement of their goals.

Jeri is often called upon as an expert resource for advocacy groups and attorneys to facilitate successful resolutions of complaints and requests from residents and applicants. She is LIHTC certified and holds both AHM and COS designations.

Michael Schocker, CPM Candidate


Michael started his professional career as an intern in the Planning and Site Development Department for one of Michigan’s largest residential developers. That position evolved into the Sales and Marketing Department, in which he remained for five years.

In 2001, he assumed the position of Sales and Marketing Director for another of Michigan’s most respected residential and commercial developers. In that position, he oversaw the marketing and sales of new home and commercial product, averaging $40 million per year in revenues.

In 2008, Michael joined FOURMIDABLE’S team. Since joining FOURMIDABLE, he has held several positions in the Company including Residential Manager and Regional Supervisor and in 2014 became Director of Real Estate Services for FOURMIDABLE’S Real Estate Service Division.  Since 2014, under his guidance, the Real Estate Division has closed over $82 million is the sales of multi-family and commercial properties.  In 2016, Michael assumed the position of President of FOURMIDABLE.

As President, Michael will focus on the long term growth of the Company through the implementation of business development and client fulfilment strategies. In addition, he will help lead the Company in employee growth strategies and initiatives. Working along with the Executive Team, he will focus on the development and implementation of the Company’s strategic plan and core values.

He believes that a career focused on motivation, hard work and long lasting relationships mixed in with ‘having fun’ will always be rewarding and successful.

Michael is a 1994 graduate of Wayne State University with a degree in Geography with an emphasis on Urban Planning. In 1997, he received his Master of Science from Eastern Michigan University in Geography with an Urban Planning emphasis.  He is a State of Michigan Licensed Real Estate Broker (2001) and has a certification in Management of Tax Credit Properties.

Sheldon M. Olson

Vice President

Sheldon Olson is a graduate of Michigan State University, and has been at FOURMIDABLE since 1995.  He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Multi Disciplinary Studies, with emphasis in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics and Social Science.  Sheldon ranked in the top 1% in the country on his ACT Testing in Mathematics.

Sheldon oversees the company’s complex computer, telephone and information systems applications, and guides the company in its expansion of networks that link its widespread resources in managing real estate portfolios and investments. He has also played a key role in the success of many other aspects of our business.  Sheldon has established FOURMIDABLE’s website, , with an interactive database allowing FOURMIDABLE to quickly add properties as they are added to our portfolio.  He has also created a corporate intranet and virtual private network that allows the company to share resources in real time across the entire portfolio.

Sheldon is directly involved in developing ancillary services resulting in additional revenue streams and expense reduction for FOURMIDABLE managed properties.  Approximately 90% of FOURMIDABLE’s managed communities have profited under Sheldon’s guidance.

Working along with the Executive Team, he will focus on the future development and implementation strategies for FOURMIDABLE.

Lisa Killinger

Director of Human Resources

Lisa Killinger began her career in Human Resources in 1984 and has been a valued member of the FOURMIDABLE team since 1993.

As Director of Human Resources, Lisa guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies and programs for the entire company. The major areas directed are: recruiting and staffing; performance management and improvement systems; employment and compliance to regulatory concerns; employee orientation, development and training; policy development and documentation; employee relations; compensation and benefits administration; employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.

Lisa originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.

The Director of Human Resources coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; reports to the President and Executive Vice President and serves on the Executive Management Team; and advises company managers about Human Resources issues.  Lisa originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.

Lisa is on the Board of Directors for the Apartment Fund Workers Compensation Association and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Jeff Weeks


Jeff Weeks is the most recent executive to join the FOURMIDABLE team as of October 2010.   Jeff has been in the property management industry since 2005 and utilizes all his relationships within the industry.

As FOURMIDABLE’s Controller, Jeff’s responsibilities include supervision of the corporate accounting department and overseeing the auditing, budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning and financial reporting to owners, management and governmental authorities for over 75 residential communities.  The financial integrity of FOURMIDABLE, and the properties they manage, is the core of where Jeff focuses his attention.

Throughout his career, Jeff has held executive positions with leading companies where he excelled in all business related concerns and supervisory control of accounting, information technology, marketing, tax and legal matters.  His vast knowledge of business operations has enabled him to refine processes to close the gap on inefficiencies, implement technological improvements and protect and maximize the company and client assets.

Jeff is a graduate of Wayne State University with a Masters in Finance as well as a BA in Accounting.  Jeff has been on the board of Condominium Associations as well as working directly with various housing commissions in their strategic management.

Sabrina Gaddy, CPM

Director of Public Housing

Sabrina Gaddy has an impressive track record in managing affordable housing since 1992.  In recent years, Sabrina has become a public housing specialist, overseeing FOURMIDABLE’S public housing portfolio.

Sabrina is a proven leader with the ability to support and empower the performance of others. She is a committed professional who constantly pursues real estate management education, communication education, Fair Housing and computer education.  Her results have been outstanding in the most challenging assignments.

Sabrina’s credentials include Associate in Business Degree, State of Michigan Licensed Realtor, Certified Voucher Specialist, Certified Tax Credit Compliance Site Manager, Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), Certified Assisted Housing Manager (AHM), Certified Public Housing Specialist, Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Certified Hearing Office Specialist. Sabrina is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Administration Degree in Business.

Sabrina is the past President and current Secretary of Westland Housing Commission.  She also works directly with the Lincoln Park Housing Commission, New Haven Housing Commission, Detroit Housing Commission, Sterling Heights Housing Commission, Lincoln Park Non-Profit, and Royal Oak Township Housing Commission.  Sabrina is also on the Institute of Real Estate Management’s National Diversity Advisory Board, Institute of Real Estate Management Chapter 5 Board of Directors, Institute of Real Estate Management ARM Committee Chairperson for Minority Outreach, Scholarships and Diversity, and a Board Member of the Warren-Conner Development Coalition and CACTUS.

Sabrina’s former board affiliation includes Treasurer of Brownstones of Westland Condominium Association, Commissioners Board of the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO), and Co-Chair for Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) HUD Committee.

Sabrina received IREM’s Accredited Residential Manager of the Year Award for 2013.

Nicole Bentley, CAM, TCS

Regional Property Supervisor

Nicole Bentley joined FOURMIDABLE in 2010 as a Residential Manager.   In 2012, she was promoted to Executive Manager supervising two market rate communities in Detroit.   In October, 2013, Nicole was offered a Regional Property Supervisor position overseeing market rate, affordable, tax credit and commercial properties throughout the state of Michigan.

Nicole began her property management career in 2000 as a leasing consultant.  In 2006, Nicole accepted a Regional Manager position overseeing seven affordable and market rate communities throughout Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Indiana.

Nicole is experienced in managing and supervising, high-end, luxury market rate, multi-family, affordable and low income housing tax credit communities as well as commercial properties.

Nicole excels in resolving property challenges with innovative solutions proven to increase occupancy, resident retention and the financial bottom line.  Always ready for a challenge, Nicole’s specialty is the take over and turnaround of distressed market rate communities.

Nicole’s credentials include the following designations:  CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) from the National Apartment Association, TCS (Tax Credit Specialist) from National Center for Housing Management,  and Fair Housing Certification.

John Elliott II

Regional Property Supervisor

John Elliot joined FOURMIDABLE in 2015 as Regional Property Supervisor for our Tennessee Portfolio. John began his career in property management in 2002 as a Maintenance Supervisor. He was promoted to a Residential Manager position followed by a Regional Property Supervisor, managing a portfolio consisting of 13 distressed properties of over 2,400 units in five different states.

John has experience working with market rate properties, Section 8, and tax credit requirements. Through his self-motivation and integrity, John was recognized by Tuscaloosa Housing Authority for HUD standards, is HVAC certified and Pool Operator Certified. He brings many experiences to FOURMIDABLE including directing various strategic initiatives to achieve occupancy, collections, and delinquency goals; managing and motivating a team of staff; largely increasing monthly revenue, occupancy, and collections; and community event coordination, where he assisted in doubling community participation and charitable donations.

John has a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources  from Liberty University in Virginia and a Bachelor of Science from Lee University in Tennessee. He also served in the United States Military in the Air Force for six years.

Cheryle Felts

Regional Property Supervisor

Cheryle Felts joined FOURMIDABLE in 2013 as a Regional Property Supervisor of  FOURMIDABLE’s impressive southern portfolio.

Cheryle began her career in 1979 and has gained unlimited knowledge through years of experience supervising large portfolios consisting of 17 properties with over 1500 units in Mississippi and Alabama.    She has experience reporting to Federal and State Agencies as well as managing Hope VI , Section 8, Low Income Housing Tax Credit,  conventional senior and multi-family communities.   She has gained training in staffing, financials and budgeting of property management, marketing, lease up of new communities, Fair Housing, and overseeing each property to ensure success for the owners, residents and employees.

Cheryle’s credentials include the following designations:  ARM (Accredited Resident Manager) from the IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management), CPO (Certified Professional of Occupancy) and SHCM (Specialist in Housing Credit Management)from NAHMA (National Affordable Housing Management Association).

Nicole Jubenville, ARM

Regional Property Supervisor

Nicole Jubenville began her property management career in 1996 at Lincoln Park Towers. In 2000, FOURMIDABLE took over management of Lincoln Park Tower and promoted Niki to Residential Manager where she successfully managed the community with high occupancy levels, “High Performer” status in SEMAP and “Standard Performer” in PHAS.   Niki also supervised the Housing Choice Voucher Program which has been rated as “High Performer” by HUD. In 2014, Niki was awarded the Accredited Manager of the Year by IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management).

In 2015, Niki was offered a Regional Property Supervisor position overseeing public housing and tax credit communities throughout the state of Michigan.

Niki’s credentials include the following designations: ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) from the Institute of Real Estate Management and Certified Voucher Specialist from the National Center of Housing Management. She has also completed Section 8 Reform Update through Nan McKay and Associates, Inc.

Niki is an Associate of NAHRO (National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials) and has received the following certifications from NAHRO: Section 8 and Voucher, Housing Choice Voucher Occupancy, SEMAP/Occupancy Issues, and Public Housing Occupancy.

Tracy Mathieu

Director of Compliance

Tracy Mathieu joined the FOURMIDABLE team in 2013.   Her experience in affordable housing programs spans sixteen years.  In her present position as Director of Compliance, Tracy has overall responsibility for ensuring compliance with all HUD, MSHDA, State Agencies and LIHTC regulations for FOURMIDABLE’s government-assisted portfolio.

Tracy has extensive experience with LIHTC, 80/20 programs, Section 236, Section 202, HOME and Section 8.   Her knowledge and experience extends to market rate, 538 USDA and public housing communities.

As part of Tracy’s compliance responsibilities, all resident files are audited annually under her direction. Tracy writes policies that facilitate site level compliance with HUD regulations.   She trains new employees and she assisted in the development of the compliance training program.  She also trains employees on the revised HUD Handbook 4350.3, and MSHDA LIHTC program compliance.

With over 17 years in the property management industry, Tracy brings many experiences to the FOURMIDABLE team.  Prior to joining FOURMIDABLE, Tracy worked for Spectrum Enterprises, Inc. as a compliance analyst working with both State and Private investors providing compliance services for many different affordable housing programs.  Focusing primarily with LIHTC and HOME.

Tracy has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with an Accounting minor.   She also has several certifications which include a C9P, Affordable Housing Manager (AHM), Public Housing Certification (NAHRO), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), UPCS Certification, Housing Quality Standards Specialist (HVC), and Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM) through the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA).

Willie Golston

Procurement Manager

Willie Golston’s has an Associate’s Degree in Business Adminstration from Davenport University and started his property management career in 1979.   Willie started his career with FOURMIDABLE in 1994 and excelled in his previous positions as Maintenance Supervisor and Area Maintenance Director. His in-depth knowledge in all aspects of maintenance, combined with experience in the procurement of goods and services, have resulted in reduced operating expenses for FOURMIDABLE’s portfolio.

As Procurement Manager, Willie has generated numerous Capital Needs and Energy Assessments for FOURMIDABLE clients.  These assessments provide a complete analysis of current conditions of a property.  He has written numerous detailed specifications for Requests for Proposals for building renovations, HVAC system replacements, ADA compliance and other capital needs programs.  Additionally, he has analyzed bids and made long-term projections and recommendations for our clients.

Willie negotiates with local and national suppliers to procure cost-effective goods and services for FOURMIDABLE clients.  He is also involved in Risk Management resolving incidents and claims in a timely, cost-effective manner.

In 1993, Willie earned his Certified Manager of Maintenance (CMM) designation.  He also has an EPA Certification, Type 3 L and M Certification and is a Certified Pool Operator.
