Aleigh Schlatterback

Aleigh Schlatterbeck is our Human Resource Generalist and started her career with FOURMIDABLE in March of 2020. Prior to coming to FOURMIDABLE, she worked as a Human Resources Coordinator and a Part-Time Human Resources Clerk. Her experience in Human Resources is what led her to her current position at FOURMIDABLE.

Aleigh graduated from college in May of 2019 where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Saginaw Valley State University. In December of 2021, Aleigh passed her Society of Human Resource Management – Certified Professional certification exam (SHRM-CP).

As the Human Resource Generalist, Aleigh’s responsibilities include talent acquisition, benefits administration, workers compensation claims, leave of absences, employee trainings, policies and procedures, and unemployment.
