Cedric Burrell

Cedric Burrell joined Fourmidable in December 2018 as a Regional Property Supervisor overseeing low income housing tax credit and rural development communities throughout Arkansas, Louisiana and Mississippi.

Cedric has over fifteen years of experience in Affordable and Low Income Housing Tax Credit communities. His experience includes compliance monitoring of both the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulatory protocols for affordable housing and Section 42 for the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs as a Contract Administrator for HUD, his responsibilities included oversite of the day to day operations as a Regional Property Manager which included approximately 2400 units in the portfolio.

Cedric is detailed oriented with a commitment to company goals, objectives and budgets. He demonstrates the ability to multi-task, streamline operations, thrive in a fast-paced environment and adhere to company deadlines and timeline management.

Cedric’s credentials include the following: Master of Public Administration-Belhaven University, Bachelor of Science Degree-Miles College and Associate of Applied Technology Degree-Bessemer State Technical College. He also holds the following certifications: Certified Public Housing Specialist, Certified Housing Quality Standards Specialist, Certified Manager of Maintenance, Certified Site Based Budget Specialist, Certified Tax Credit Specialist, Certified Manager of Housing, Certified Occupancy Specialist and Spectrum Training Award Recipient.
