Crisandra Walden

Crisandra started her career with FOURMIDABLE in October 2016 as Property Manager for one of our communities in Southfield. There she mentored, guided and trained her staff in the development and completion of various building projects and enhancements including apartment renovations. In May 2018, she transitioned into her current role of Marketing Coordinator at the corporate office.

In Crisandra’s current position, she creates property websites, update ILS, completes various occupancy reports, market surveys, assisted in Property Management software conversion, create/order marketing material for properties, review lease packets, assist/train Manager’s with the marketing module in the property management software system, assist at apartment communities when needed and is an Appeals Hearing Committee Member for FOURMIDABLE. Compose RFP’s for potential management contracts.

Prior to working for FOURMIDABLE, Crisandra started her Property Management career path in 2001 and since then has managed Market Rate, Affordable Housing and Senior Communities. She has also assisted in property sales and conversions from apartments to condo. Crisandra worked at the Detroit Medical Center for over 10 years prior to her career in Property Management and there she worked in the Accounts Payable dept.
