Chief Financial Officer
Jeff Weeks joined the FOURMIDABLE team in October, 2010. Jeff has been in the property management industry since 2005 and utilizes all his relationships within the industry.
As FOURMIDABLE’s Chief Financial Officer, Jeff’s responsibilities include supervision of the corporate accounting department and overseeing the auditing, budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning and financial reporting to owners, management and governmental authorities for over 80 residential communities. The financial integrity of FOURMIDABLE, and the properties they manage, is the core of where Jeff focuses his attention.
Throughout his career, Jeff has held executive positions with leading companies where he excelled in all business related concerns and supervisory control of accounting, information technology, marketing, tax and legal matters. His vast knowledge of business operations has enabled him to refine processes to close the gap on inefficiencies, implement technological improvements and protect and maximize the company and client assets.
Jeff is a graduate of Wayne State University with a Masters in Finance as well as a BA in Accounting. Jeff has been on the board of Condominium Associations as well as working directly with various housing commissions in their strategic management.
