Keesha Shultz

Keesha joined FOURMIDABLE in April 2014 as a Residential Manager at Rosewood Place in Selmer TN. With her hands on approach and proven track record at tax credit properties, she was quick to identify owner's goals and objectives. Keesha’s performance, high motivation, and great customer service skills has been a huge asset to our company. She has always been willing to assist with any task and helped with lease-ups at new developments within our TN and MS portfolios. Keesha has good rapport with her residents and has maintained high occupancy and low delinquency as she takes pride in her work and strives to help her company succeed.

Keesha started her career in Property Management in 2005 as a Floating Leasing Agent and gained knowledge of conventional properties. In 2006, she filled a full time Leasing Agent position that allowed her the opportunity to specialize in tax credit (LIHTC) while working close with THDA and local housing authorities to place sect 8 voucher holders in their new homes. Keesha's dedication and hard work lead her to a Property Manager position where she has spent most of her career. She gained challenged asset expertise on distressed properties while delivering strong financial results, cost saving strategies, overseeing staff, and achieving many goals with her prior company.

Keesha has received training and earned credentials in Leasing 101, Property Management 101, Marketing Strategies, Compliance, and TCS certificate of completion. Keesha has recently excelled to her new position as a Regional Property Supervisor overseeing Raines East, Turn Row, Ware Park, and Rosewood Place.
