Eastland Place Apartments In Blaine, Tennessee

FOURMIDABLE, a Bingham Farms-based real estate management company, announces Eastland Place Apartments in Blaine, TN. A newly constructed apartment community, Eastland Place is conveniently located 15 miles from Knoxville in a rural setting. The announcement was made by FOURMIDABLE President Scott Allen. FOURMIDABLE will be responsible for all management, marketing, maintenance and accounting functions at Eastland Place.

Scheduled to be completed in January 2012, Eastland Place, located at 104 Sharon Court, offers two and three bedroom apartment homes featuring all the amenities and conveniences FOURMIDABLE offers in its new communities, including major appliances, pool, exercise facility and clubhouse. Eastland Place is a “green” apartment complex featuring Model Energy Code, Energy Star appliances and 15-SEER Heat Pumps. Eastland Place also features on-site management and maintenance, including 24-hour emergency maintenance. Floor plans range from 946 sq. ft. to 1,247 sq. ft.

Eastland Place Apartments is currently accepting applications for pre-leasing. The community is scheduled to open in January.

The developer of Eastland Place Apartments is H&H Residential Development of Pleasantview, TN. The builder is Bacar Constructors of Nashville, TN.

Eastland Place Apartments was funded, in part, with the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program and in cooperation with the Tennessee Housing Development Agency. There are income limitations for residential applicants but no direct rent subsidies.
