FOURMIDABLE Named To NAHMA Affordable 100 List
FOURMIDABLE has been named to the National Affordable Housing Management Association's (NAHMA) Affordable 100 list.
The list comprises the largest affordable multifamily property management companies in the United States, ranked by subsidized unit counts. To make the list, companies' housing units must contain at least one of the following federal subsidies: HUD Project-based Assistance, Section 42 LIHTC, HOME funds, USDA Section 515, or Bonds. FOURMIDABLE's management experience in these areas, as well as luxury conventional apartments, public housing and condo and commercial management, has been realized with over 200 properties since the company was founded in 1975.
“We are committed to fair and equal opportunities in housing, by advocating for the well-being, safety and dignity of our residents,” said FOURMIDABLE President Scott Allen. “Making NAHMA's Affordable 100 list is an honor and speaks to our company's core mission of enhancing residents' quality of life through expert property management.”
NAHMA is a leading voice for affordable housing management, working on behalf of multifamily property managers and owners whose mission is to provide quality affordable housing. FOURMIDABLE came in at No. 100 on the NAHMA list with 5,141 subsidized, directly managed units. The Bingham Farms, Michigan-based company is excited to have once again made an appearance on NAHMA's top 100 list.
