“It was essentially rebuilt,” says Scott Allen, president of FOURMIDABLE, the Bingham Farms MI property management company that is handling management responsibilities for Fairway, which is owned by Appalachian Home and Health, Inc. of Knoxville. “While it was originally built more than 50 years ago, today's Fairway residents will be living in 21st century energy-efficient homes and we'll be providing access to reduced-rate cable and Internet among other amenities.”
Fairway becomes the eighth Tennessee property that FOURMIDABLE manages, all of them providing affordable housing for low-income residents. FOURMIDABLE has also been appointed as the management agent for four additional communities in Tennessee, which are scheduled to close within the second quarter of this year.
“Fairway has apartments with individual patios, and a community picnic area that everyone can share,” continues Allen. “We are providing a security system and management services on-site to ensure that every need of our residents is taken care of.”
