Beacon Hill in New Albany is Open

FOURMIDABLE, a national real estate management and brokerage company, currently managing fourteen apartment communities throughout the state of Mississippi, announces the opening of Beacon Hill townhomes in New Albany.

Beacon Hill is a 96-unit community featuring three bedroom, two and a half bath townhomes along with an attached two car garage. Beacon Hill offers all of the amenities and conveniences that accompany new communities, including fully equipped kitchens with dishwasher, in unit washer and dryer, energy efficient construction, business center and furnished clubhouse.

Beacon Hill is being developed with the cooperation of the Mississippi Home Corporation under the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program. The general contractor for the project is Winters Construction from Oxford, Mississippi.

The first residents have already moved in and applications are still being accepted from those that are interested. Prospects can apply on line at www.BeaconHillMS.com. Rental rates are $595. There are income limitations for residential applicants but no direct rent subsidies.
