Several FOURMIDABLE Properties Receive 'High Performer' Status
Housing and Urban Development (HUD) releases the scores of four FOURMIDABLE managed public housing agencies confirming 'High Performer' status in the Public Housing Assessment System (PHAS). The PHAS score effectively measures the performance of a public housing agency (PHA). Included in a recent scoring of the agencies by HUD are the Lincoln Park Housing Commission, New Haven Housing Commission, Niles Housing Commission and Sterling Heights Housing Commission. FOURMIDABLE CEO, Jeri Hays, said 'The High Performer rating by HUD underscores the commitment of the company throughout the properties we manage.' 'We consider this achievement to be a very important benchmark,' said Hays. 'Our managers and our staff work tirelessly to provide housing that enriches the communities where FOURMIDABLE plays a role.' In one notable example of FOURMIDABLE's achievement, the Niles Housing Commission rating changed from 'Troubled' status to 'High Performer' in record breaking time. FOURMIDABLE also has a successful background in managing Housing Choice Voucher Programs for PHA's. All Housing Choice Voucher Programs managed by FOURMIDABLE have received High Performance Status under the Section 8 Management Assessment Program (SEMAP). FOURMIDABLE currently manages communities for nine public housing agencies in Michigan and Ohio totaling over 2,195 units.
