Robin Warshauer, CAM, COS, SHCM, TCSA

Robin Warshauer began her career in 1996 as a Property Manager in Ohio. Robin has held many positions over the years including Regional Property Manager, Compliance Director and Assistant Director of Property Management. Her expertise covers conventional, low income housing tax credit, rural development, HOME funding, cooperative housing and home owners associations. Robin also has extensive experience with Yardi.

Robin joined the FOURMIDABLE team in November, 2018 as a Regional Property Supervisor. Robin lives and oversees properties in Ohio and is responsible for the lease up of Bishop Courts, a new low income housing tax credit community in Bishop, Texas.

Robin is goal driven and mentors her team to achieve the same results by maintaining high occupancy and maximizing operating income. She prides herself in cultivating and maintaining excellent ongoing relationships with owners and achieving customer satisfaction with residents.

Robin holds an Associate Degree in Business Management. Her credentials include: Certified Occupancy Specialist from National Center for Housing Management (NCHM), Housing Credit Certified Professional from NAHB University of Housing, Certified Apartment Manager from the National Apartment Association (NAA), Specialist in Housing Credit Management from the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA), S.T.A.R Certification for Rural Development 515 Program from Spectrum, and Tax Credit Specialist Advanced (TCSA) certification.
