Vince J. Dattilo

Vince Dattilo joined FOURMIDABLE in August of 2021 as the Procurement / Inspection Officer where he will work closely with the Director of Affordable Housing, on-site team, contractors and Board of Directors of the Public Housing Agencies. Some of his responsibilities will be creating bid specifications, procurement guidelines, policies and procedures, training and inspections.

Vince has an impressive career in construction, real estate development and consulting business. Prior to joining FOURMIDABLE, Vince founded Belle Point Consultants LLC to serve clients in the real estate development industry as an owner’s representative and client advocate. He also served as Vice President of Construction and Project Management for The Roxbury Group for over twelve years. Vince started CDC, LLC which served clients as an owner’s representative and was the founding partner of a commercial and multi-family construction firm, which also acted a developer on select projects, for twelve years. During that time, Vince served as director of construction for several projects within the City of Detroit and the surrounding suburbs including Canfield Lofts, Art Center town and Carriage Homes, Ferry Street Town Homes and Graybar Lofts at 55 West Canfield and Auburn Grove Condominiums of Auburn Hills.

Through his career, Vince has worked closely with all team members involved in multi-family development, mixed use and historic restoration including finance, marketing, sales, architecture, engineering and sub trades.

Vince graduated from Kalamazoo College with a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration. He also attended Harvard University’s School of Design Summer Program: Adaptive Reuse and Preservation of Older Buildings.
