Barb Rossignol joined Fourmidable in 2016 and has built a career defined by operational insight, steady advancement, and a practical understanding of how property operations and financial stewardship work together. She began as a Leasing Consultant, where she developed a strong foundation in resident relations, occupancy, and day-to-day community operations. That experience quickly prepared her for greater responsibility, and she advanced to Residential Manager, overseeing property performance, team leadership, and the service standards that support both residents and ownership goals.

In 2023, Barb brought that operational knowledge to the financial side of the organization. She joined the accounting team as a General Ledger Accountant, applying her firsthand understanding of property operations to financial reporting, account integrity, and process discipline. Her progression into the role of Accounting Supervisor reflects both technical growth and the ability to guide others. In her current position, she supports accuracy, consistency, and accountability across accounting functions while helping connect field operations with sound financial oversight.

Across her tenure, Barb has demonstrated reliability, adaptability, and a commitment to professional excellence. Her dual background in property management and accounting gives her a well-rounded perspective that strengthens collaboration between operational and financial teams.

Away from work, Barb values time with her family and takes particular joy in creating lasting memories with her grandchildren.
