As a Company, we believe that benefits are an important part of an employee's total compensation package. Employee benefits become effective the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment. Each year employee benefits are reviewed to ensure we provide a quality benefit plan to our team members while ensuring we are fiscally responsible to our clients.
FOURMIDABLE supports a balance between work and a personal life by providing employees with paid time off and holidays. Our paid holidays include New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Employees become eligible for paid time off the first of the month following 90 days of employment.
