Glenn James

Glenn James is one of FOURMIDABLE’s longest-serving employees and currently serves as Procurement Director at the corporate office. He began his career with the company in 1983, as a Groundskeeper and has steadily advanced through progressive roles over more than four decades.

Glenn has worked as a Maintenance Assistant and was soon promoted to Maintenance Supervisor. He went on to oversee maintenance operations at several Detroit-area communities. Over the years he also served as Manager of Maintenance, was a member of FOURMIDABLE’s Main Team, and most recently held the role of Maintenance Supervisor at Brookhaven Manor in Ann Arbor. Throughout his tenure he has been recognized for his technical expertise, reliability, and willingness to support teams across multiple properties.

In his current role as Procurement Director, Glenn draws on decades of hands-on property operations experience to support the company’s maintenance, purchasing, and vendor partnerships. His deep institutional knowledge and long-standing commitment continue to strengthen FOURMIDABLE’s operations.
