Cheronda Woodard-Nelson

With more than 31 years of experience in property management, Cheronda has had the opportunity to serve in a variety of roles, including Administrative Assistant, Leasing Consultant, Property Coordinator, Assistant Manager, Multi-Site Manager, Multi-Site Regional Property Supervisor, Resident Manager, and now Property Management Administrator.

Cheronda joined Fourmidable in February 2017 as a Resident Manager, transferred to Detroit in 2019 as a Multi-Site Resident Manager, and in July 2025 transitioned to the corporate office as Property Management Administrator. I am passionate about property management, dedicated to supporting our teams, and committed to the continued success of Fourmidable.

Outside of work, Cheronda enjoys spending time with her family as a proud wife, mother, and grandmother to De'Andre II and Shyanne.
