Michelle Fletcher

Michelle started her career with FOURMIDABLE in 2016 as a part time Systems Support person. In July 2017, she was promoted to full time as Accounts Payable Supervisor. Following her passions she switched into the Marketing Coordinator position in August 2024.

In Michelle’s current role, she brings in tools like Google Analytics and Canva, paired with a knack for crafting compelling content and analyzing market trends. Michelle runs all websites, socials media, digital marketing, and more. 

Prior to Michelle’s property management experience, she worked as a Rehab Tech and Administrative Assistant.

Michelle has her degree in Interior Design.
