Michelle Joustra, COS, CCS, CS

Michelle joined FOURMIDABLE in 2005 as a Leasing Consultant and was promoted to Residential Manager in 2007. In 2013, Michelle stepped into the role as Residential Operations Specialist at the corporate office.

As the Residential Operations Specialist, Michelle’s responsibilities include devoting an abundance of time to software logistics and work with software developers to improve functionality, assists in the creation of applicable software workflows for affordable and conventional properties and play an integral part in the migration of our communities to the new property management software system. Michelle develops, coordinates and facilitates software training programs, including Entrata PO, AP, A/R, Service Requests, Affordable, Resident Utility, Resident Screening, HDS, TRACS, e-Mail and other software packages. Throughout her career at FOURMIDABLE, Michelle has traveled to various communities for file audits, provided on-site training, completed file review functions for Tennessee and provided IT/Software support company wide.

Michelle attended Davenport University and also has her Real Estate License. In her free time, Michelle enjoys working in her vegetable garden, baking the most amazing desserts, and loves playing with her Saint Bernard, Emma.
