Karen Maraachli

Human Resources Coordinator/Receptionist

Karen has been working part time for FOURMIDABLE since 2007. She has held several roles throughout her tenure both assisting on-site as well as in the corporate office.

In Karen’s current position, she is the first person our guests see when they walk through our doors. She answers the telephones, addresses resident concerns, manages all personnel files and assists the Human Resources and Accounting Department as needed.

Prior to working for FOURMIDABLE, Karen also worked at a senior living community as their Life Enrichment Manager where she loved making the resident’s happy and keeping them engaged in meaningful activities.

A woman of many talents, Karen’s previous profession was the Quality Liaison for an automotive supplier. One of her accounts was with the Big Three. This granted her the opportunity to travel across the United States to the various automobile plants when the company launched new vehicles to ensure quality control..
