John Elliott II

John Elliott joined FOURMIDABLE in 2015 as Regional Property Supervisor for our Tennessee Portfolio. John began his career in property management in 2002 as a Maintenance Supervisor. He was promoted to a Residential Manager position followed by a Regional Property Supervisor, managing a portfolio consisting of 13 distressed properties of over 2,400 units in five different states.

John has experience working with market rate properties, Section 8, and tax credit requirements. Through his self-motivation and integrity, John was recognized by Tuscaloosa Housing Authority for HUD standards, is HVAC certified and Pool Operator Certified. He brings many experiences to FOURMIDABLE including directing various strategic initiatives to achieve occupancy, collections, and delinquency goals; managing and motivating a team of staff; largely increasing monthly revenue, occupancy, and collections; and community event coordination, where he assisted in doubling community participation and charitable donations.

John has a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources from Liberty University in Virginia and a Bachelor of Science from Lee University in Tennessee. He also served in the United States Military in the Air Force for six years.
